Where is the proof that a bill like this was needed? Where is the crisis? Did anyone in the Senate read this bill or did they vote on it to find out what was in it?
Since when has the government demonstrated that it can improve anything? $1.4 billion for more expansion of the federal government which will not protect our food but will put the small business OUT OF BUSINESS and drive the food prices up during a time when unemployment is high. This is yet another power grab by the government to pass more regulations.
