Federal Judge deems parts of Obamacare unconstitutional

American citizens knew that congress overstepped its authority by passing this illegal bill.  American patriots will continue the fight to repeal this unconstitutional bill.  Hopefully, in 2012, we can rid ourselves of more elected officials who voted for this useless communist bill.  I guess the administration is afraid that they won't be able to steal money out of citizen's bank accounts to pay for their massive wasteful spending and socialist programs.

The House ramming through another bad bill giving amnesty to law breakers.  Reid knew he didn't have the votes to pass this amnesty bill (as he probably promised to get re-elected) so now they will vote next week.  Let's watch this play out with the bribes and arm twisting to ram another bill AGAINST the will of the american people.

This is a BAD bill because it REWARDS BREAKING THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY.  Read the bill folks....under 30 people can bring in their relatives too...where does it end?

Republicans Need to Stay the Course

On Saturday, two proposals, one sponsored by Max Baucus (D-MT) to extend current tax rates for families earning up to $250,000 a year failed to pass (53-36) and the proposal sponsored by Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) to extend tax cuts for families earning up to $1 million also failed to pass (53-37).

It is clear that the republicans (and a few democrats) seem to get the message that tax cuts do not add to the deficit....GOVERNMENT SPENDING adds to the deficit.  If you over-tax the job creators, then they can't create new jobs.

If these tax rates expire, then what will happen to new jobs?  There will be none.  On top of that, unemployment benefits are set to expire.  No jobs...no unemployment...thank you Mr. Obama and the democrat majority congress for your "hope and change".  This phrase is meaningless and empty in the face of 10% unemployment and record deficits thanks to your failing policies.

The major reason for no job creation is the fear that taxes will be raised on small businesses.  If you take that fear away from small business, they will begin to hire thus slowly getting people back to work and off unemployment benefits.  Unfortunately, this is only one part of the problem for small businesses.  The next problem is socialist manadated healthcare...another job killer created by the Obama spending administration.

Unemployment Benefits & Food Stamps didn't produce many jobs in November!

Despite the promises of the liberal left to make things better and undo the damage of GWB, this is what they have created for Americans..9.8% unemployment rate and only 59,000 jobs added for November...I believe these numbers are NOT accurate because they only include people who actually FILED...they do NOT include those who have stopped looking or whose benefits have run out.  The individual states report higher numbers closer to 17% unemployment.  We may never know the truth because the current administration does not want the taxpayers to know that their failed policies are not creating jobs....they are destroying them. 

I guess we all need to go on unemployment and food stamps to stimulate the economy and create jobs!

People seem to forget that it is Congress who controls the purse strings of this country and not the president, although he can control it somewhat with the veto pen, but since 2007, it has been under DEMOCRAT control and GWB's biggest mistake was to try to "compromise" with tax and spend liberals.  Are you paying attention Republicans?  No compromising of morals and values to appease the liberal left who are hell bent on spending the United States into obliviation!!!

Thankfully, the American people have seen through the lies of the current administration and congress and WE CLEANED HOUSE OF THE DEBRIS in November.

So go ahead RINO's and liberal democrats...keep passing these job killing bills and socialist policies and we will see that you get a pink slip in 2012.  No one believes your Saul Alinsky lies anymore.

TSA hasn't lost that loving, touching, feeling...installing even more nudity scanners in airports

The mindset of our government - useless and costly - that about wraps it up.  There is NO proof that these peep show scanners and sexual assault pat-downs are keeping the public safe.  More people will probably lose their lives over the holidays because they refuse to give up their constitutional rights to be searched like a criminal and will choose to drive.

GOP needs to stand strong and not put up with CHICKEN CRAP

The tax bill that passed in the House yesterday is exactly how John Boehner described it - chicken crap.  The final count was 234-188, with 20 Democrats voting against the amendment and three Republicans supporting it.

This bill should have included ALL AMERICANS.  Miss Nancy just can't help herself and the class warfare.  She states that the rich are NOT entitled to tax relief and idiotically that continuing unemployment benefits will create jobs - she seems to have it backwards.  Let me enlighten you Miss Nancy, those "rich" taxpayers are the ones who employ us peons in the real world and by not cutting back their taxes, this will probably kill their small business.  They will not be able to afford to hire any new employees and when the commiecare goes into effect, they will probably have to lay off more people in order to pay for all the mandates imposed on them by this bill.

Miss Nancy you are a disgrace to this nation and I am glad to see the American public voted you to the back of the bus where you can't do any more damage to this country by imposing your socialist policies on this great nation.  Too bad you can't take your buddy dingy Harry with you.

Freedom of Religion....Not if you're a Christian

Free exercise of religion...not at this high school...another example of immoral radical left wingers not wanting to offend anyone...but it's acceptable to offend a Christian .

The Constitution of the United States, Amendment I states that:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."



This player made a 23 yard touchdown, got down on his knee and gave thanks and had a flag thrown at him and told this was "unsportsmanlike conduct."  This is the most ridiculous penalty I have ever seen.  Is this referee a mind reader?  How did he know what he was pointing at?  I hope parents in this school district complain to their officials at this display of intolerance.

This is what is coming down the road if we allow it to happen and not speak up.  The goal of the left wing terrorists is to take religion out of everything under the guise of not offending anyone so they can justify their immoral and repugnant behavior.
